Have the batteries been replaced or recharged? If not, please replace the batteries. (Follow the operating instructions provided in the User manual) If you have changed the batteries and there is no change, please continue with the form.

(RMA) Warranty / Repair Request

Please tell us the reason for contacting us and fill out the appropriate form. You will receive your Return Material Authorization number within a short time. Please note before you proceed with the RMA form: Depending on the error, the cause can be eliminated in a few steps and you do not have to return the device. Have the batteries been replaced or recharged? If not, please try to remedy the problem by changing the batteries (follow the operating instructions). If so, please continue to process the form.
