IT'S THAT EASY:

Complete the claim form within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Submit a copy of the proof of purchase. The receipt must clearly state the exact name of the product purchased, the retailer name, the purchase price and the date of purchase.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will receive your cash back by bank transfer within 30 days. The Cash Back will be paid in the local currency of the end user. Foreign currencies will be transferred from EUR to the corresponding currency at the daily exchange rate.
